Tamara Hassel and Esther Zaccone are the innkeepers at “Tuscany Inn Tennessee”. They are 2 retired elementary physical and music education teachers from Tampa, FL. Over 20 years ago, they both shared a dream to find land in Tennessee that looked like Tuscany, Italy, one of their favorite locales. In summer of 2008, they journeyed to Tuscany, Italy, specifically the Chianti area. When they returned, they visited friends in Tennessee and on a whim, found the perfect plot of land to anchor their dream. To their delight, it looked just like Chianti in Tuscany! “Tuscany Inn Tennessee” was born! Their vision is to serve people delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere, providing a place to get away from the stress and hustle & bustle of city and everyday life. With “Tuscany Inn Tennessee”, their vision of a quiet, rustic, elegant place in the country to get away from it all is complete.

Situated adjacent to an Old World, Tuscan style renovated Tennessee barn. We offer a unique studio, set on a “piazza” with hot tub, fire pit and relaxing seating areas. It is surrounded by amazing views reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside, featuring vineyards and sheep.
Our property is pet-friendly; we have multiple cats and our trusty companions, Sydney and Maggie, who have made the Inn their home. We welcome YOUR furry friends, as well ($15 per pet per night). Just let us know when you book your reservation. When you arrive, make sure you leave your animals in the car before entering until our pups can be put away. When taking your dogs for a walk, make sure Maggie and Sydney are put in the Trattoria area.
Tuscany Inn Tennessee is established as a tranquil, peaceful, and relaxing place, to enjoy for many years to come. Prices do not reflect cleaning fees.

The Piazza House Grande sleeps 4, plus 3 in the loft (perfect for large families). Includes access to private hot tub.

Checkin after 3pm local time, checkout by 12p.
No need to “check in”. Just drive up the driveway and park at the guest parking spots. Walk to the back where the rooms are located & use the code to get into the room. Make yourselves at home!
*If for some reason the keypad isn’t working, use the same code for the Lockbox where there is a key.

- Alcohol is permitted, however, you need to drink responsibly.
- Please refrain from using inappropriate language and rude behavior.
- Pets welcome ($15/pet per night), but please be mindful of our own animals and property. Please be considerate of other guests and don’t leave your dogs unattended for long periods of time
At Tuscany Inn, we value your protection and safety. As such, ALL public common areas around the property are protected by security cameras. Your privacy is important to us; if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to send us a message.
Notice: Please be aware early Autumn is "stink bug" season in Tennessee, especially rural areas. They can fly in when the doors open, and will buzz around the property. Tuscany Inn Tennessee uses a local pest control service regularly, and is doing our best to mitigate the issue as much as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
A true taste of Tuscany
The Trattoria at Tuscany Inn Tennessee is the home of our in house chef, Esther Zaccone. Whether it’s a lunch or dinner reservation, late night room service, or breakfast on the Piazza, you can find delicious food overflowing at the Trattoria. We are unable to sell alcoholic beverages, but guests are free to bring their own (*please drink responsibly*).
We also offer a kids menu & half-priced regular menu options for children 11 years old and under.

This is an amazing place to get away! My wife and I were in need of a night away from kids and work and just our everyday. I found the listing late at night and was able to get it the next day and check in early. The room was perfect for us to just relax. The meal that they prepared for us was wait for it.... legendary! They got comfy beds, bath robes, hot tubs, coffee and cannolis oh my! If your looking for a place to get away and want to meet some amazing people that had a brilliant idea that turned into a beautiful place then this is for you. We will definitely be going back.

What a wonderful reprieve in the middle of a long drive from Mississippi to NYC. Esther and Tamara have created a beautiful space that makes you feel like you actually are in Italy. Communication was great, their dogs were adorable and so friendly, the surroundings were out of this world, and the hot tub was heavenly. Our only regrets: 1) not having more time to spend there and 2) missing out on the menu since we stayed on a night the kitchen was not open. 10/10 recommend, we hope to be back!

This place is GORGEOUS. The room, the spectacular views, and wonderful property were just gorgeous. Tamara and Esther were so sweet and honestly thought of everything you might need in airbnb and then some. We loved staying in The Grande with the private hottub and balcony. If you stay here you MUST make a reservation for dinner because it was absolutely delicious. I can't say enough about it! We will definitely be back!
